MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
Everything Under One Roof
Mold making, die-casting, stamping, polishing, plating, laser engraving, assembly and needle detection all happen in our own facility. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why lead times and quality stay under our own control.
- Mold & die workshop: in-house tooling for custom shapes and logos
- Plating line: gold, nickel, antique brass, gunmetal, black nickel
- Die-casting: zinc alloy buckles, rivets and hooks from 2,000 pcs
- QC station: 1.0mm needle detection and pull-strength testing per batch

Two Decades, One Focus
2000
Founded in Ruian, Zhejiang, producing plastic and metal buttons for domestic garment makers.
2006
In-house plating line installed — surface finishing moved inside, out of the external supply chain.
2012
Zinc alloy die-casting capability added for buckles, rivets and garment hardware.
2018
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification achieved, opening the door to EU brand orders.
2022
Moved into our current 2,000 m² factory in Zhixin Industrial Park — tooling, plating, die-casting and QC finally under one roof.
2026
Stainless steel button line launched — EU-compliant, resistant to corrosion and cost-efficient against brass.
